Brand Activations at Cosm Dallas
Most of our work in The Colony has been at Cosm Dallas in Grandscape, where we’ve run trading card photo booth activations for big game watch events. Guests step up, take a photo and walk away with a custom trading card of themselves. It’s become one of our signature experiences, and it shows what a photo booth can do for a brand.
For brand activations, every detail is custom: the card or print design, the backdrop and the sharing screen. Optional data capture turns each photo into an opt-in contact.
Conferences and Corporate Events
The Colony also hosts business events. In May 2026 we set up for the Russian School of Math at the Cascades Conference Center. For conferences and company events, a photo booth rental in The Colony works best with a branded template and fast sharing, so guests get their photo by text or QR code before the next session starts.
We bring our own internet, so the booth never depends on venue Wi-Fi, and we arrive one to two hours early to test everything.
