1 to 2 hours before guests arrive
Our team arrives, sets up the booth, backdrop and lighting, and tests every print and share. You and your planner don’t have to do a thing.
Cocktail hour
The booth opens as guests arrive. This is when the best candid shots happen: old friends reuniting, families lining up, the first round of props.
Dinner and toasts
The booth stays open but quiet. Guests drift over between courses, and grandparents get their turn without a line.
After the first dance

How far in advance should we book our wedding photo booth?
As far ahead as you can, especially for spring and fall Saturdays, which fill up first. We still take last-minute bookings when our calendar allows, so reach out even if your date is close.
What's included with a wedding photo booth rental?
Unlimited sessions during your rental time, a custom print or digital template designed for your wedding, backdrop, lighting, props, instant sharing by text or QR code, and an online gallery after the event.
Is an attendant there the whole time?
You can choose an attendant to run the booth all night, help guests with props and keep the line moving. Our 360 booth always comes with an attendant.
How much space and power does the booth need?
Our print and digital booths need about 8×8 feet. The 360 booth needs 12×12 feet and the Glam Booth 10×10 feet. One standard outlet works, and if there isn’t one nearby, we bring our own power station.
Can the prints match our invitations and colors?
Yes. We design your print template with your names, date, colors and monogram so every photo looks like part of your wedding.
What print sizes do you offer?
Classic 4×6 prints or 2×6 photo strips. Each print takes about 20 seconds.
Do you offer a wedding guest book?
Yes, as an upgrade. Guests place a second copy of their print in an album and write a note next to it.
When do we get our photos?
Guests get their photos instantly by text or QR code. Your full online gallery arrives 24 to 48 hours after the wedding.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We carry $1 million in liability insurance, send your venue a certificate of insurance (COI), and list them as additional insured.
Can the photo booth go outdoors?
Yes, with a flat, covered spot that is protected from rain and direct wind. Our power station means we don’t need an outlet nearby.
