Can you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)?
Yes. We carry $1 million in liability insurance and send your venue a COI listing them as additional insured.
Can you follow our brand guidelines?
Yes. We design the start screen, print template and video overlay with your logo, colors and fonts, and you approve everything before the event.
Can you collect guest contact information?
Yes. Our data capture asks guests for their email or phone number with opt-in before they get their photo, and we send you the full list after the event.
Do you need the venue's Wi-Fi?
No. We bring our own internet, so sharing works even in convention centers and hotels with weak Wi-Fi.
What corporate events do you work?

Can you run more than one booth or a multi-day event?
Yes. Many corporate clients pair two experiences, like a 360 booth and a print booth, or book us across several days of a conference.
Do you work with event agencies and planners?
Yes. Agencies and planners hire us regularly, and we coordinate directly with your team and the venue.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as possible, especially for December holiday parties, which book up fast. We take last-minute events when our calendar allows.
When do we get the photos and data?
Guests get photos instantly. Your online gallery and guest data arrive 24 to 48 hours after the event.
What space and power do you need?
About 8×8 feet for print and digital booths and 12×12 for the 360 booth. One outlet works, or we bring our own power station.
